30 years of history
1996 Birth of Vivetic Group
Co-founded by Anne and Christian Laratte, Vivetic (initially named Saisie.com) in France and its partner Mad'Com in Madagascar specialize in digitalization and data processing.
The Group has established itself as the leader in French-speaking outsourcing in the Indian Ocean, combining innovation, R&D, and operational quality since its creation.
Opening of the Call center 2010
With the arrival of Voice over IP in Madagascar, the Group is deploying its first call center in the Malagasy capital.
2018 Partnership with The Markaltis agency
The synergy of the Group's trades and Markaltis, a data marketing and digital marketing specialized agency, allows us to cover all stages of Customer Relations and guarantee a 360° view of the customer journey.
New brand, “Vivetic Group” 2020
The Group is adopting a new commercial brand, «Vivetic Group,» to reaffirm its positioning in the outsourcing market in France and Madagascar.
Built around three fundamentals – dynamism, expertise, and people – this brand reflects the Group's solid reputation and 30 years of professional expertise.
2024 Launch of the BU “Digital Services”
The Group is creating a new department dedicated to IT & Digital Services, a genuine integrated ESN, to support companies in their digital transformation.
Birth of hubera2026
The Group launches its subsidiary dedicated to Digital Services, «hubera», to assert its positioning as an IT services company and to support the digital transformation of companies in France and internationally.
