Profile:<\/span><\/p>\n

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in systems administration and technical support at intermediate to advanced level (N2\/N3).
\nA good command of IT environments, supervision tools and ticket management platforms is expected.
\nThe position also requires: A strong analytical mind and ability to resolve incidents independently, Rigor in the execution of tasks.
\nA good sense of collaborative work, Writing skills to formalize technical procedures.<\/p>\n

Qualifications :<\/span><\/p>\n

Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
\nAbility to analyze and solve a wide range of simple and complex technical problems
\nGood understanding of user support issues (helpdesk)
\nStrict compliance with internal procedures and processes<\/p>\n

Missions :<\/span><\/p>\n

Manage and track user requests (calls and tickets)
\nPerform remote diagnostics to identify anomalies or expressed needs
\nProvide appropriate solutions and ensure incident resolution
\nDocument actions carried out in dedicated tools
\nParticipate in continuous improvement by updating technical documentation<\/p>\n

Technical skills required<\/span> :<\/p>\n

Microsoft 365 environments :<\/strong><\/p>\n

Administration of user accounts, groups and licenses
\nServices: Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams and Azure<\/p>\n

Workstations<\/strong><\/p>\n

Windows environments (7, 10, 11): deployment, configuration and maintenance
\nHardware management: installation and troubleshooting
\nNetworks: wired and Wi-Fi connectivity, incident resolution
\nMicrosoft 365 tools: configuration and support (Outlook, Office, Teams, OneDrive)
\nVPN: installation, configuration and user support
\nBasic knowledge of macOS<\/p>\n

Server environments and infrastructure :<\/strong><\/p>\n

RDS: user access and profile management (FSLogix)
\nActive Directory: account and group administration (creation, modification, deletion, access management)<\/p>\n

Security and networks :<\/strong><\/p>\n

Firewalls (Sophos, WatchGuard, Zyxel): basic configuration and support
