Depuis plus de 25 ans, j\u2019accompagne les projets technologiques du Groupe, de la d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialisation documentaire \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9gration de donn\u00e9es. Aujourd\u2019hui, je travaille \u00e9galement sur des solutions fond\u00e9es sur l\u2019intelligence artificielle, notamment pour analyser les conversations et am\u00e9liorer le traitement des flux audio.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Comment ton parcours a-t-il \u00e9volu\u00e9 au sein du Groupe et quelles transformations technologiques as-tu accompagn\u00e9es ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>J\u2019ai rejoint Vivetic en 2000 comme Responsable Informatique de D\u00e9veloppement. Apr\u00e8s une restructuration, j\u2019ai \u00e9volu\u00e9 vers le poste de Responsable Informatique Application M\u00e9tier. J\u2019y ai notamment d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 les applications utilis\u00e9es par les \u00e9quipes de production. Lors de la cr\u00e9ation du D\u00e9partement Ing\u00e9nierie, j\u2019ai pris la responsabilit\u00e9 du P\u00f4le Int\u00e9gration, fonction que j\u2019occupe encore aujourd\u2019hui.<\/p>\n<p>Au fil de ce parcours, j\u2019ai accompagn\u00e9 plusieurs \u00e9volutions majeures. \u00c0 mes d\u00e9buts, nos expertises portaient surtout sur la d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialisation documentaire et les technologies OCR. Elles permettaient d\u2019automatiser l\u2019extraction et le traitement des donn\u00e9es issues de documents.<\/p>\n<p>Nos activit\u00e9s se sont ensuite \u00e9largies \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9gration de donn\u00e9es et \u00e0 l\u2019automatisation des processus. Nous avons d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 des solutions reposant sur les technologies ETL, RPA et API. Leur objectif \u00e9tait d\u2019interconnecter les syst\u00e8mes d\u2019information et de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des besoins toujours plus complexes.<\/p>\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, cette dynamique se poursuit avec l\u2019intelligence artificielle. Nous travaillons notamment sur le Speech Analytics, le traitement automatique du langage et les grands mod\u00e8les de langage. Ces technologies permettent d\u2019analyser les conversations, d\u2019identifier des tendances, d\u2019\u00e9valuer la qualit\u00e9 des interactions et de produire des informations utiles pour nos clients.<\/p>\n<p>Cette \u00e9volution repose sur une veille technologique constante et sur la mont\u00e9e en comp\u00e9tences des \u00e9quipes. Notre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 apprendre, \u00e0 nous adapter et \u00e0 innover constitue, selon moi, une force essentielle pour Vivetic Group et hubera.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Parmi les valeurs de hubera, lesquelles te tiennent le plus \u00e0 c\u0153ur ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Le d\u00e9veloppement humain et l\u2019agilit\u00e9 sont les valeurs auxquelles je suis le plus attach\u00e9. Les technologies \u00e9voluent rapidement et exigent une adaptation permanente. Cependant, la r\u00e9ussite des projets repose avant tout sur l\u2019engagement, la coop\u00e9ration et la progression collective des \u00e9quipes. J\u2019appr\u00e9cie particuli\u00e8rement cette capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 apprendre ensemble, tout en maintenant un v\u00e9ritable esprit d\u2019innovation.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Quel est ton r\u00f4le aujourd\u2019hui au sein du P\u00f4le Int\u00e9gration ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u00c0 deux mois de mon d\u00e9part \u00e0 la retraite, j\u2019ai consacr\u00e9 pr\u00e8s d\u2019un an \u00e0 transmettre mes responsabilit\u00e9s \u00e0 mon successeur. Je me concentre d\u00e9sormais principalement sur la recherche et le d\u00e9veloppement. J\u2019explore de nouvelles solutions pour am\u00e9liorer l\u2019analyse et le traitement des fichiers audio, tout en partageant l\u2019exp\u00e9rience acquise. Cette mission me permet de conclure mon parcours en contribuant aux projets qui pr\u00e9pareront l\u2019avenir de hubera.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Quelles qualit\u00e9s humaines et techniques sont essentielles pour r\u00e9ussir dans ce m\u00e9tier ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La rigueur, la curiosit\u00e9 et la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019adaptation sont indispensables dans un environnement en constante \u00e9volution. Il faut aussi savoir collaborer, communiquer clairement et partager ses connaissances.
