Profile definition:
Minimum 3 years of experience in C## .Net / Sitecore development
Significant experience on medium to large-scale projects.
Main role of the position :
- Analysis and resolution of incident tickets (fixes, configurations, display)
- Development of functional enhancements requested via JIRA
- Participation in weekly COPROJs
- Contribution to technical documentation and deliverables
- SLA and Resolution Time Tracking
- Collaboration with the project manager and the client IT department
Required qualities :
- Rigor and attention to detail (code, documentation)
- Ability to work in a team and in a distributed environment
- Incident Response
- Clear communication with functional and technical teams
- Autonomy in bug analysis and resolution
Technical skills required :
- Mastery of the .NET framework (C#, ASP.NET MVC)
- Knowledge of the Sitecore V8.2 CMS (WFFM forms,
- modules, customization
- Using NuGet Packages, npm (JS, CSS)
- REST API Integration (Boomi, SAP OData, RFC)
- MySQL Database Knowledge
- Tracking tools: JIRA, ServiceNow
